Remove pernamently OneDrive source file from Microsoft Photos app

Question

In the Microsoft Photos UWP, the app is automatically importing OneDrive file, and the temporary way is to remove the file from the app settings. But when I restart the system, it automatically imports the OneDrive file again. Do you guys have a workaround to completely remove the OneDrive source file in the app?
