Missing KB in ms catalog for credssp for MS Win10 Ver 1809 OS build 17763.1935

We noticed that despite patching monthly using the cumulative updates, there is a missing 12 May 2020 patch. Looking for the KB4551853, it is not found on the MS catalog.

Any idea what happen to it or is there another patch that we can apply to fix the credssp issue for this version of win 10 as we cannot change it.

    If you install a newer update it should cover the credSSP fix, as the updates are cumulative which means that newer updates contains older fixes.
