Any help htaccess file

I updated WordPress lately after a long time and I’ve had it frustrate me a few times now since.

Why my site can change to https://18.141.130.187/ but the WordPress installation is in a /blog folder. I’ve everything set correctly in settings but it seems that every so often, WordPress will now rewrite the htaccess file and before domain will stop redirecting to the right place properly, and instead I just end up with a directory listing.

Any help would be appreciated.

    Your question is about WordPress and should be directed to WordPress support or the IIS dev folks. This forum is for Microsoft products and specifically about the Open Specifications. I'm removing the [openspecs-office-fileformats] and adding [not-supported].
