Can't make certification profile.

I have to give the PL-900 examination and for that I have to make a profile but whenever I try to make a profile, it gives me the error ("50041: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.") for some reason. I need to give that exam within the next 48 hours, any help or solution is much appreciated.

    Hi there,

    I suggest you to contact the Microsoft Certification support team , they are the once who can sort this out . Once they make the necessary account correction you can take the exam.
