UTC Time incorrect

Date and time issue..

My time zone is correct set to (UTC+10) Brisbane and is showing the correct time - currently 09:11 am. However when I hover over the time/date in the lower right corner it pops up with the full date and time and the UTC time. However it is showing UTC as 9 hours ago, not 10 hours ago - note lower right corner of attached screen grab. It should be showing Tues 11:11pm (UTC)

Never seen this before!

    Please try this:

    1. Open the “Additional Clocks” dialog Settings > Time & language > Date & time > Additional settings > Add clocks for different time zones.
    2. You’ll see at least one clock ticked Show this clock. Either untick it or change its Time zone drop-down to (UTC) Coordinated Universal Time.
    3. Click OK. Hover the task-bar clock again UTC will now be exactly ten hours behind Brisbane.

I have been worried about mine too, I went in and looked and my UTC had changed itself to UTC + 12, I had to change it back to UTC.

Hi! This could be a sync error, please on that screen select the option Sync Now, after this restart the device and check the time again please
