Hey, i have the same problem, i was speaking to an liveagent and now i got an email from ******@microsoftsupport.com is this Email-Domain even legit?
Is this Microsoft Support Email Legit?
Hello.
I had a persistent issue where I could not login to my email as I've forgotten my password and my 2FA method wasn't working. I contacted a Microsoft Support via the Chat with a support agent in your web browser option - got redirected to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/livechatwidget
Long story short, my request wasn’t fully resolved, as I was told to wait 24 hours before attempting to log in to my email.
Consequently, the agent sent me an email to another Outlook account as a follow up to our conversation, in case my login was still unsuccessful after the 24 hour limit. The email was sent to Junk and had typos, so I was wondering whether it is a real Microsoft email: ******@microsoftsupport.com.
Was I really chatting with a Microsoft agent?

If none, it can be mistakenly blocked as threats or suspicious content even if it was a legitimate email. Based on the domain, it is from Microsoft support, but if the content is suspicious to you, you can contact MS support again to confirm if the content is legitimate since it was considered spam/junk email on your Outlook account.
I apologize for my delayed response.
