Refund Minecraft Realms Subscription

I was charged 3 total times for a subscription I only wanted once. I want to keep the first server I paid the subscription for but I want a refund for the other 2 that I never wanted. The realm wouldn't load and it said my payment didn't go through so I attempted 2 more times before giving up. The Realm loaded okay the next day but I saw 3 charges. I immediately cancelled the 2 that I didn't need and have spent a lot of time going in circles trying to find a way to get a refund. Your website and help center is so unhelpful and frustrating. Please help me get my refund thank you. Microsoft

wow, really cool to see how much of a reccuring thing this is. Currently trying to figure this out myself. And seeing that there is no refund option is just insanity. really makes me want to never use this service again. hope next month i don't find out the hard way i'm still being charged for this nonsense!!

Nope. I was already tired of going in circles and not finding the help or answers I needed and decided to just take the L and lose my money. I tired to follow the useless instructions Darhyl Amizola the Independent Advisor gave me but Microsoft has to be the worst company in the world when it comes to any kind of customer service or refunding of payments.

Yeah I wouldn't say it's cool but it makes sense other people are having the same issue. It really is nonsense but I doubt they even care at all

This just happened to me last night. Got free trial of realms, wouldn't load. Tried to get it to work by clicking buy realm (from Minecraft loader). Restarted computer, boot up Minecraft and had 2 realms. Cancelled the one that charged my credit card, hopefully there is a way to get a refund. The system is confusing and goes through 2 companies and websites. Very unhappy with Microsoft, never had a problem with Mojang. I first bought Minecraft around 2013.

All the website experts at Microsoft could easily fix this by adding a prompt saying to wait, are you sure, you already bought one, it just has not loaded yet.

i have the exact same problem. its so hard to find your way around this interface and i was charged 3 times and its still not letting me play and it says to renew again. when i press renew it now says that i have reached the maximum amount of subcriptions

so what you are saying is Microsoft are allowed to charge their customers for a service they did not want and not give them a simple refund? This is a fraudulent. Terrible customer service.

For minecraft my dad got me a realm and my realm subscription didn’t go through and we had to get another and it still didn’t go through i want a refund
