Unable to sign in my account with Microsoft Authenticator App

I have tried to talked to Microsoft support team but they requested me to raise the issue here.
I have selected the correct number on the Microsoft Authenticator App and it also said approved, but the sign in page said the number does not match. Although I am still able to sign in with my pw, I still want to use the Microsoft Authenticator App. Please help.
Below is the error code I found on the sign in page after it said mismatching.
