i get points for searching on the laptop but the daily checking is not working for mobile

Same issue on my Android phone. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and back in to my account, nothing has fixed it. It just keeps telling me to "try again later"

I haven't been able to get any of first of the the three daily sets in a week to count. It's not ending my streak but I am also not getting the points. Furthermore, the "Explore on Bing" challenges completely stopped working for me, as well as the weekly bonus points such as the "Midweek Puzzle" and the current "Elephant recall" and all of those other points down there. I don't see anybody else complaining about it though. It won't work on my xbox, either of my Macs, or my Samsung phone. It worked no problem until about a week ago. Any suggestions?

Hello, may I know if this is happening on iOS or on Android? You may also try to uninstall and reinstall the Bing app or check if there is an update and proceed with the update and see how it goes.

Same thing happened to me today. I can't access my rewards dashboard in the Bing app. It says "Something went wrong, please refresh the page, if this still happens please contact customer support". I've already cleared the cache, relogging in, and reinstall the app but it doesn't seem to be working. Accessing rewards dashboard via web browser seems to be fine though. Nope, no android updates at the moment for the bing app. Also cleared cache and data and logged back in, same error.
This happens on my Android phone. I’ve tried everything, clearing cache, deleting data, updating and reinstalling the app. but the issue still persists.
I am also on an android, but this is happening on all of my devices; both of my macs, my android, my xbox, another Mac at the Apple store. Bing won't count the first activity of the daily set or any of the additional side activities, effectively crippling the amount of points I earn.
You may try to downgrade to a different version and you can download it from the link below and see how it goes.

I've never downloaded the app. I usually do my searches from the computer and don't waste my time on the phone as it is not worth it in my opinion.
