Why have you limited the "NEW" OutLOOK so much?

a lot of the functionality of the original outlook is now gone in the new outlook, why is memory so scarce? What's the issue? At this point, I must say the NEW Outlook needs to be DROPPED! Not sure which programmers bright idea to limit outlook, when this is typically the beef of communication in many different fields.

Being able to create multiple signatures to expedite processes that can take 10 minutes to prepare is a wonderful tool.

Since signatures, continue to be lost or deleted without reason, nor have you found a solution. I tried to use templates, only to find out that there is an even smaller amount of memory there.

If you are going to change something, try not changing the most utilized functions of the application.

GOING BACK BACK BACK to the "OLD" outlook.

    Dear Warren, Khashina,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Community. Thank you for your candid feedback about the new Outlook for Windows. I understand your frustration with certain limitations, and I appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns.

    1. Reduced Functionality & Signature Issues

    • The new Outlook is designed as a lightweight, cloud-first application, which initially prioritizes core email/calendar features over some advanced options.
    • Signature limitations: We’re actively working to restore multi-signature support. In the interim:
      • Workaround: Use the classic Outlook for signature management (Settings > "Revert to classic Outlook").
        • Templates: Template storage is currently cloud-based (linked to your Microsoft account), not local. We’re expanding storage limits later this year.

    Next Steps:

    • Voice your needs directly to Outlook team
      • Submit feedback via Help > Feedback in Outlook.
      • Upvote existing requests at Outlook · Community
    • Track updates: Signature/template improvements are scheduled for Q4 2025 (official roadmap).

    Warm Regards,

    Alice,
