a lot of the functionality of the original outlook is now gone in the new outlook, why is memory so scarce? What's the issue? At this point, I must say the NEW Outlook needs to be DROPPED! Not sure which programmers bright idea to limit outlook, when this is typically the beef of communication in many different fields.
Being able to create multiple signatures to expedite processes that can take 10 minutes to prepare is a wonderful tool.
Since signatures, continue to be lost or deleted without reason, nor have you found a solution. I tried to use templates, only to find out that there is an even smaller amount of memory there.
If you are going to change something, try not changing the most utilized functions of the application.

Thank you for your follow up, the issue with the signatures is still happening. I would go back to using the old Outlook, but I noticed when I toggle back and forth the issues with the memory impact both sides. I really want to stick with the new Outlook, my hope is that the functionality of old Outlook is replicated onto the new Outlook.

I understand your frustration with the limitations you are experiencing in the new Outlook for Windows, especially concerning signatures and templates. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and the memory issues you've encountered when toggling between the new and classic versions. Your feedback is extremely valuable
Please follow this work arround if it works :
1. Re-add and Manage Signatures: Since the new Outlook syncs signatures to the cloud, there can be issues with them disappearing. To ensure your signatures are properly saved, please follow these steps:
a. Go to Settings (the gear icon) in the top-right corner of Outlook.
b. Click on Mail > Compose and reply.
c. Click on + New signature.
d. Give your signature a name and create your signature content.
Note : Make sure to click Save after creating each signature.
2. Voice Your Feedback Directly to the Outlook Team
a. In Outlook, go to the Help tab.
b. Click on Feedback.
c. Select "Make a Suggestion" or "Report a problem" and describe your issues with signatures, templates, and the memory impact of toggling.
3. Check the Official Microsoft 365 Roadmap for Updates
You can track the progress of new features and planned improvements, including those related to signatures and templates, by checking the official Microsoft 365 roadmap. Official Roadmap Link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=Outlook
4. Temporary Workaround
As you mentioned, toggling back to the classic Outlook is an option, but you're experiencing memory issues. If you need to use a robust signature management tool for now, the classic Outlook remains the more fully-featured option. The memory issues you're seeing may be a bug; please use the feedback option to report this as well.
