Can't login and no progress on my ticket

I have not been able to login to my Azure Portal. My old phone was broken and lost the access to authentication app, therefore not able to access the MFA code. I have a ticket open for 4 months and no one contacted me, everytime i call they said someone will contact me within 4 business hours and no one ever did. I can't even pay the invoice now.

Please help!!!
