Hey! My ASUS ROG Strix G15 Laptop always crashes when on battery, only on battery. I was just wondering why as its really annoying me. I also have one other issue, it crashes and restarts and eventually gets to automatic repair when i turn it on. It goes on, crashes during startup, does it again then goes to automatic repair andf that fixes it so idk whats happening there. Whenever it crashes on battery it is 90% of the time a black screen or the screen freezes on what it is and i have to press and hold power button down to turn it off. Sometimes it will bsod but its a rare occasion on startup and on battery cause its mostly a black screen or freezing on what it was on.

Black screens usually indicate a problem with the graphics drivers.

Please check to see if your laptop is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

Open Windows File Explorer.

Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
