Any type of file I ask copilot to create, generates a link. But the link is not clickable. When I ask copilot for the full file reference it generates a URL but the link is not accessible.
It doesn't matter if it is a word document, presentation, excel file. None of the links work. I have found a work around for word by asking it to 'display the content' so I can copy and paste it into word.

phil 0 Reputation points2026-02-24T13:16:58.1266667+00:00 I don't have an answer I have a similar problem. I used your free online 365 and copilot to make a poster. I pressed download lots of times over an extended period of time. A few times it said it was downloaded but I can't find it on my laptop or in OneDrive.
This was my first attempt to use copilot. I suppose I will try it again, maybe.
