Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.

Are you referring to your Microsoft account online at https://account.microsoft.com/devices section?

If you're using Windows 10, your computer usually gets added to your account automatically once you sign in with your Microsoft account. But just to make sure, here’s how you can check or set it up:

    • Click Start, then go to Settings (the gear icon).
    • Select Accounts.
    • Under Your info, check if it says “Sign in with a Microsoft account instead.”
    • If it does, click it and follow the steps to sign in.
    • If it already shows your Microsoft email, your PC is already linked to your account.
    • After signing in, your device should show up at account.microsoft.com/devices in a few minutes.

Would you mind letting me know what you’re trying to do after adding the device?

Click "Add comment" to let me know.

    Regards,

    John J.D.
