I cannot sign in to my outlook mobile app

My outlook mobile account has been workin fine but all of a sudden it keeps asking me to sign in. I enter my password but it does not accept it. I have tried resetting my account but the problem persists. I can access and send my emails from other devices but not my android version of outlook

    If your Outlook mobile app suddenly stops accepting your password while it still works on other devices, it could be due to a sync or app cache issue.

    Please try these suggestion:

    1. Clear the Outlook app cache from your Android device settings.

    3. If that doesn’t work, uninstall and reinstall the Outlook app entirely.
