How can a get a Microsoft technician to take over my computer to fix many things wrong with it.

  • eliminate screen poping out from the right side
  • Wife's computer on same 365 license; my computer was changed to windows 11 from 10; can I get hers changed also

    To get help from Microsoft technician, here are 2 ways for you to reach out for support from them.

    1. Get Remote Help from Microsoft Support:
      • Visit Contact - Microsoft Support
      • Choose "Get Help" and describe your issues.
      • You may be offered a remote support session where a technician can take control of your PC.
    2. Use Microsoft Remote Assistance.
      • Press Windows + Q and search for Quick Assist.
      • Enter the code they provide to allow remove access.
