Talk to your IT support (or local Office admin). They can get in touch with Microsoft business support, if necessary.
how to fix problem in my Microsoft account I am not able to login
I am unable to log in to my Microsoft 365 business account on one of my laptops. The account is already logged in on another laptop. However, when I try to sign in on this device, I’m being prompted to connect via VPN.

- Is the laptop that requires a VPN connection your personal device?
- Is the VPN connection required by your organization for security reasons, or is it a new prompt that you haven't seen before?
