I am billed annually in March and when I sign onto my account it says i have no subscriptions. I am also having a problem with my computer which prompted me to look at my account

I can’t find my account that my subscription is tied to. When I login it shows that I have no subscription and I can not use MS Word

I have paid for a subscription through my account and paypal payment of £84.99 has been taken yet no email confirmation and subscription not showing on my account - why?

I have followed these steps without success
@Pereoni, sometimes you have to test signing in at https://account.microsoft.com/services with your various @outlook.com, @hotmail.com etc. accounts until you find the correct one. Also, since this is an old thread, you may want to start your own instead, so that it gets more attention. Use the Ask a question link at the top of the forums page.

If you're experiencing account-related issues on your Office applications, try signing out of the Office applications and signing in again. If that didn't work, try repairing Office applications.
