Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Is it possible that the subscription is under a different account?

    1. Open the Office application, such as Word or Excel, and click File > Account.
    2. Under 'User Information', check which account is used in the Office application. Use the same account linked below to check if your subscription is listed. https://account.microsoft.com/services

If not, you can check the Order History page here-

    https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

If you're experiencing account-related issues on your Office applications, try signing out of the Office applications and signing in again. If that didn't work, try repairing Office applications.
