I'm still waiting on my wizard to appear. I meet all the criteria but it still doesn't appear for me. I tried GothmogBalrog's steps, also signed is as an admin, enabled optional diagnostics, checked for updates multiple times, installed optional updates too. Still nothing.

I have downloaded the most recent update KB5063709 to both my computers but am not seeing the ESU. It's now mid- August, what's going on? This has been very frustrating!

It's now mid-August, and I still don't see the banner either.
Any updates? EDIT: Also, I wish MS would just stop this nonsense and let us upgrade to Windows 11 with a big fat disclaimer that security won't be any better than what it was on Windows 10 without a TPM.

Microsoft is taking its usual gradual process to rolling out the enrollment wizard and will be widely accessible by mid-August 2025.

Please check and met all the requirements to enroll in the consumer ESU program at the link below? You may also check the list of scenarios where the consumer ESU enrollment won't be offered to devices.
