how do I activate my recently purchased microsoft 365 subscription

I purchased microsoft 365 yesterday and it doesn't look like the office products (Word) are coming up. I don't think 365 has been activated.

So looks like you didn't have an active subscription.

Any chance you did this on a different account? Or did you do it via an Apple device instead? You sure payment has been deducted?

    I subscribed to the M365 Personal. My primary email address is how I sign into my Microsoft account and that account is what I have accessed this Microsoft support chat in. However, I have a second email and that address shows up on some of the account information. When I try to drop my second account address I cannot (your question about a second account is probably the answer). The most important, or real question, is probably "how do I straighten out my Microsoft account(s)".

    What is the plan you subscribed to?

    If you are not sure, go to https://account.live.com

    Sign in, then go to Services & Subscription, find the exact name of the plan, for example, is it Microsoft 365 Basic, or Personal or Family?
