Microsoft Partner validation keeps failing

I was able to enter my DUNS and find my company in the company information, auto-filled by the webpage. Every information is written as it really is, but the page keeps on complaining that 'Address Validation We couldn't validate this address. If you're sure this address is correct, proceed with the enrollment, or enter a different address.'.

Then if I go on with 'continue' nothing happens in the page and the popup closes.
If I choose 'enter a different address', popup closes and nothing happens as well. I can't even change the pre-filled address I'm supposed to change.

What should I do here? what am I missing?
