Up to 10 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 3.0 MiB each and 30.0 MiB total.

Also: I've 'tried again later' for over a year, so...that's not a transitory error message.

Troubleshooting an issue with not being able to upgrade my subscription needs to be handled in person, by communicating with another human being directly.

Canned Q&A resources
This site sends you to canned Q&A pages that only work when you are experiencing the exact same scenario in the Q&A with no variation whatsoever.

Creating a ticket
The process of creating a ticket is nearly impossible - because it sends you to canned Q&A pages - and especially if I cannot upgrade my subscription. Once I have a higher subscription, I get a higher level of service which enables me to create a ticket more easily.

I seem to have a second service that I'm being billed for at the wrong rate.

I need help. I need direct help speaking to people who can help me with why my subscriptions are not working properly, why I'm being double billed, and how to manage my subscription in the most efficient way.

I am literally trying to give Msft. more money for a higher level of service, and the website has blocked me from doing this for over a year...over a year.

If you could help get me in direct touch with another human being about resolving this, I would greatly appreciate it.
