    Hi Ralph, this is Kimberly, I'm glad to assist you today.

    A corrupted print spooler cache can cause incomplete prints:

    Press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter.

    Locate and right-click Print Spooler, then select Stop.

    Navigate to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS and delete all files in this folder.

    Return to the Print Spooler service, right-click, and select Start.

    This process clears any stuck print jobs and can resolve printing issues.
