Hi Team Microsoft
I am trying to reset my password as the current password but it seems locked by microsoft...may be due to some security ressons.
I have tried all methods to reset the password but all in vein!
You are requested to see this error..
my son was using following emails login ID: PII removed
And the recovery email was mine, which is [PII removed] (the payment was done using this ID).
The registered phone number is PII removed...... However, you can add my number as well. which is PII removed.
Please revert back, as you know how kids get disparate.
The process is very irritating!!!!
