Microsoft Edge opens then crashes and wont re open, Q & A states to open settings and modify edge but both modify & uninstall are greyed out, why is this?

If the Modify option is disabled in the Installed Apps section of the Settings app, try using the Edge installer from this link to re-install Edge on top of itself to see if that resolves the problem.

problem is with youtube; videos won't play in edge... get errors with thing like BEGIN... and something else I forget... Everything else seems to work that is other url's seem OK
