My Windows 11 turned off randomly and hasn’t been on for a month. While it was it off I was still able to use the usb as a charging outlet but it stopped after a few days. It can’t turn back on and hasn’t been one for weeks.

It can’t turn back on and hasn’t been one for weeks. I press and held the power on button multiple times but it hasn’t turned back on.

    Connect an external screen or TV to each avaialble video output port then start your laptop to see if you can get an image on that screen, if not, you will need to take your laptop to a PC Shop, the BIOS may need to be re-flashed.

    To disconnect from mains power, remove the power lead that is plugged into the wall, then perform that process.

    It is the same process of a laptop, please try those steps to reset the BIOS on your laptop.

    Disconnect the PC from mains electricity.

    Press and hold the power button on the case of your PC for 30 seconds.

    Wait 30 minutes

    Reconnect the power cable and start your PC, is there any image on the screen and does it boot into Windows?

    When you start your PC now, what is the startup process that you see, do you see the PC manufacturers logo screen, then do you see the spinning dots to indicate Windows is attempting to start, and if so, at what part of that process does your system fail to start up and is there any error screen or blue screen?
