Internet connection is slow after changing the MAC address

* Original Title: win7..problems with internet after changing WIFI card MAC address

i have win7 home ed ...i tried to change my WIFI card MAC address (i had a reason to do) , used SMAC program to do change  but  i couldn't ,the address stayed the same  .....  i changed my mind ... decided to forget this subject .. but unfortunately i had a big problem  (most probably from this) ... the internet connection became too slow or stopping some times  , pages are loading too slow or mostly failing to load ,. downloads are always stopping giving netrwork  error on Chrome ... i tried different browser to check , but the problem exist with all explorers ,,, it's big awful trouble  please help me ( note:  this problem is linked some how with internet traffic ..  in late night speed is much better but not 100% .... but ofcourse not asthe speed i had before changing MAC)... thank you very much

2.      What exactly happens while you try to connect to internet?

3.      Do you receive any error code or error message? If yes, what is the complete error message?

4.      Have you checked the issue in internet explorer as well?

i want first to answer your questions :

1.      What made you to change the MAC address?

i wanted to install a program licensed to another MAC address.

2.      What exactly happens while you try to connect to internet?

if you mean the network connection (regardless browsing or downloading ) , i connect normally , as it was before changing MAC

3.      Do you receive any error code or error message? If yes, what is the complete error message?

yes , but normal common errors  "page can't be displayed or found" for browsing web pages  .... " network error" for downloading.

the problem simply was disconnecting download , and too slow browsing or failing to browse pages.

4.      Have you checked the issue in internet explorer as well?

yes , i did .. i used  google chrome , firefox and internet explorer , the problem was same with all of them .

i followed your advices  , but the troubleshooter (all) didn't count any error or problem to solve ... unfortunately ( or fortunately )

i think the problem is not regular or common

i did some thing else ,   i had improvement but i am not quite sure that what i did gave me this improvements.

simply i disconnected VMware networks (virtual networks)  which was connected  ... ( i changed their MAC address also by the way)

after i disabled them , i didn't notice any change .. but short time later i noticed difference ..

i  still don't understand what happened and what is happenning ...
