I cancelled my microsoft 365 and see i can download a free microsoft 365 which i can use for email, excel, word and powerpoint. How do i download the free microsoft 365?

If your ai is unable to do this, please send me the phone number to call a live microsoft agent who can help me.

I do not want a free trial. Your online advertisement is for free microsoft 365 which i understand is not as extensive, but it does include what i need.

    The only free versions of the Office applications are the web browser apps. You need a free Microsoft account, typically a personal @outlook.com e-mail. You can sign in to https://onedrive.live.com.

    The free apps won't let you download anything. You'd have to work with your files saved in OneDrive.
