Amazon Pay Gift Card Not Visible in Microsoft Rewards Catalog Despite Region Match

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with Microsoft Rewards in India. The “Amazon Pay Gift Card” is not visible in my redemption catalog, but it is available in my friend’s account—even though we:

• Are both located in India.
• Checked at the same time, from similar devices.
• Used the same network and browser (I also tried incognito mode).

I recently redeemed the ₹1500 Amazon Pay Gift Card successfully, so I know it’s supported in my region. However, now it says:

“This item isn't available, either due to your region or login state, but you can still redeem your points for items listed on this Rewards redemption page.”

This message persists even after clearing cache, trying different browsers/devices, and logging out/in. I suspect it might be an account-specific restriction or glitch, since my friend can still see and redeem the same card.

Could someone from Microsoft Rewards please investigate this and advise on how to restore full catalog visibility on my account?

Thank you for your response. I completely understand that the Amazon Pay Gift Card is a high-demand reward and often runs out of stock. However, I wanted to clarify that I’ve been checking the Microsoft Rewards catalog regularly for many days—actually, for over a month now—and the card has never reappeared in my account during that time.

Interestingly, the Amazon Pay Gift Card is currently visible and redeemable in my friend’s account, and we're both located in India using similar setups (same browser, network, and even trying incognito mode). This makes me wonder whether my account might be experiencing some kind of display glitch or restriction that’s preventing it from showing available items.

Could someone from the team look into whether my account has any specific issue affecting catalog visibility? I would really appreciate any insights or solutions.

I have been facing a nearly identical issue where Amazon Rewards have been excluded from my list of redeemable vouchers. Not to mention, I had been waiting for more than a year for an Amazon Voucher, but in vain.

Microsoft must allow for more such vouchers which have suitable relevance in India.

But fret not for Gift card will be restock; it may take a while maybe days or weeks since there's no guarantee timeframe for the restock, so please be patience. Be sure to login to Microsoft Rewards frequently and check the Redeem section to view all latest rewards.
