    Hi!

You need to check few things like if the navigation pane is focused on headings or pages, not the results or it could be a corrupted word settings.

    1. Open the Navigation pane properly a. Press Ctrl + F to open the Navigation pane b. Click the magnifying glass icon, then ensure “Results” is selected (not “Headings” or “Pages”)
    2. Make sure you’re in print layout view a. Go to view tab > select print layout b. Avoid web layout or outline view
    3. Clear and re-enter your search a. Clearing the search box b. Typing a simple term you know appears often (like “the”) to see if results reappear

Let me know once done so I can assist you further if still needed.
