I can see my sent emails in iPhone but not on computer or Outlook app on windows. I login to Microsoft 360 on web as well and I cannot see there as well.

I have email address ending in outlook.com. I use iPhone 14 pro and IOS is 18.5. I use mail app of iPhone. I can see all emails which I replied or sent in "sent" folder in outlook mail account. but if I login to browser to my outlook account, I cannot find them. I have installed Outlook app on windows 10 and I cannot see them there as well.

I see someone posted this same problem in Mar 2024 and still Microsoft is not able to answer or resolve it. Fix your main product. I see no issue with Gmail account or even my personal domain account. Why all problems are with you only????

    Hi there,

I’m Cherrelyn, and I’m here to help.

If your sent emails appear only on your iPhone but not in Outlook on the web or desktop, it's likely that your iPhone is set to save sent items locally or to a different folder. To fix this, go to Settings > Mail > Accounts > [Your Outlook Account] > Account > Advanced, and make sure “Sent Mailbox” is set to the server’s Sent folder usually labeled as “Sent” under “On the Server”. Once that’s set correctly, future sent emails should sync across all devices. For existing ones, you may need to manually move them to the server’s Sent folder.

I hope this helps, and if you have any questions, feel free to reply to this post.

    Warm regards,

    Cherrelyn
