I am not able to find my yammer communities in Viva Engage.

Earlier I was using this group / community for all communicates related to Azure synapse link under Dynamic 365. If I access this link now it redirects me to my internal official communities.

Can you help me find it correctly under yammer or Viva engage communities platform or any other ways you want me to access it.

Thank you

    Hi @Michelle-N

I am already part of several Viva engage Microsoft communities.

I went to the Viva engage homepage and under Networks I selected Microsoft, but I'm getting the below error:

    User's image

This error message shows even when I tried to access the below links directly

Viva Engage - F&O with Power platform

Viva Engage - Unified Admin and Developer Experiences

    Can you help me out.

    Thank you

    Vickram

    Hi @Ashwin Joishy

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Q&A Forum.

Based on what you've described, I understand that you're unable to find your "Azure Synapse Link for Dynamics 365" community in Viva Engage. When you use the old Yammer link, you are redirected to your internal official communities. It's possible that the community you are looking for has been transitioned or hidden in the move from Yammer to Viva Engage. The redirection to your default internal community might be happening because the old community is no longer in your list of accessible communities.

-Check your email: First, try searching your email inbox to see if the Azure Synapse Link community is listed among the communities you've joined. You might find a direct link to the community there.

-Explore the Viva Engage platform: Navigate to the Viva Engage homepage > Click on Communities > From there, go to My communities to see if it's listed.

In my test environment, with the first account, I needed to log in and request an invitation to wait for the admin to approve access to the platform. With the second account, I had to wait longer for approval compared to the first one. So, the issue might be that you should try logging into your account, submitting the request, and then waiting for the admin to approve it. User's image As a forum moderator, I can help guide discussions and share insights based on public documentation and community knowledge. We don’t have access to the detailed system needed to troubleshoot this effectively due to privacy and security constraints. We recommend contacting Microsoft’s support team directly, as they are best equipped to address and resolve this type of issue efficiently.

You can try the following steps and then check if it still happens or not. Thank you for your understanding

Could it be that the group has been shutdown?
