My computer keeps getting BSODs. I’ve already reinstalled the system and even bought new RAM, but the problem still persists. The link below contains the minidump files—could you please help me check what the issue is?

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

I’ve analyzed all the dump files. Most indicate a possible memory issue, while one points to an NVIDIA driver problem.

Specifically, one minidump shows that nvlddmkm.sys—the NVIDIA graphics driver that triggered the Blue Screen of Death (BSOD).

If you have an Nvidia graphics card installed on your computer, try completely uninstalling its driver using the DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) utility. After that, download and install the latest graphics card driver from the Nvidia Website or a compatible version from the manufacturer's official website.

    • You can download the DDU Utility from the link below.

Important - You will need to run the DDU software in safe mode.

    https://support.microsoft.com/help/1af6ec8c-4d4...

    • Before booting your PC in a safe mode environment, make sure you have the Nvidia (Driver) file on your device downloaded. (Download it from Nvidia official website)

    https://www.nvidia.com/en-us/drivers/

    • Then, boot your PC in a safe mode environment and run the tool.

    • Once the problematic driver has been removed, install the Nvidia driver downloaded and restart your computer. See if this resolves the issue.

Could you please upload the new dump files that appeared after reinstalling your Nvidia drivers? Let us see if any other drivers are causing the issue.

Okay, I have analyzed all eight recent dump files. The Nvidia driver is no longer causing crashes and appears to be fixed. However, all the recent dump files indicate memory corruption, without listing a specific cause for the crash.

In this situation, we will need to use Driver Verifier to stress the drivers. Please allow your PC to crash three times while Driver Verifier is enabled, and then upload the new dump files for further analysis. Turn off driver verifier after 3 crashes.

Hi, please share the last 3 dump files that were created after enabling the driver verifier.

    Hello,

The crash files show the same issue. No cause of the crash is detected.

Now, let's enable all individual settings to stress the drivers and allow the PC to crash three times. Untick "DDI compliance checking alone" and enable all the other settings.

    Then, follow the same steps.

Once you've uploaded the 3 dump files, let me know.
