Collaboration with entitly to produce new material based on MS Learn

Question

We are collaborating with MISK to produce a content that simulate Virtual work experience for an Azure admin. The content of the virtual work experience is localized and modified and delivered in 7 hours. They will be utilizing the already published Azure Fundamental training in MS- Learn to build this new content. What type of agreement should we be signing with them.
