I attempted to clear thousands of email from my inbox only to now have no access to my account. Can you assist in restoring my emails. They are super important to me.

    Dear @PAULETTE LINDO

    Welcome to the Q&A Community.

Thank you for sharing your concerns. Regarding the issue you're experiencing, may I kindly ask for a bit more information?

    1. Could you please confirm whether your account is a Business/Education (This is an organizational account provided by a company or educational institution) or a Personal account?
    2. If your account is a Business or Education account, are you the account administrator?
    3. May I ask what’s preventing you from signing in? For example, are you unable to verify with Microsoft Authenticator, or are you receiving an incorrect password message?
    4. Did you encounter any error messages when trying to sign in to your account? If possible, could you please share a screenshot of the error?

This distinction is important, as the resolution process may vary depending on the type of account involved in the issue you described. Once we have this information, we can proceed with targeted troubleshooting steps.

If you're using a Business or Education account but don't have admin access, please contact your organization's IT administrator. They can help reset your password and update your MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) settings.

In the meantime, you can try recovering your account by filling out the Account Recovery Form: For personal accounts, please use the Personal Account Recovery Form

For work or school accounts, please use the Work or School Account Recovery Form

Please provide as much detail as possible about any Microsoft services you've used with this account. The more information you include, the better your chances of regaining access.

If the recovery attempt fails, you can retry up to twice per day.

I'm truly sorry for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. At this point, we're still missing some key information that would help us accurately identify the specific scenario you're experiencing. I genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience throughout this process. Your cooperation means a lot.  I look forward to your response and hope to hear from you soon.
