Subject: “Gaming Time” Activity – Bing’s Greatest Mystery Yet

Message:

Dear Microsoft Rewards Team,

Today’s “Gaming Time” activity has me questioning reality. The prompt says: “Search on Bing for your video game to learn more about it.” So naturally, I did what any rational human would do—I searched for a video game.

And then I waited. And refreshed. And tried again. And again. And again.

Here’s a sampling of my heroic efforts:

Searched Minecraft, Fortnite, Roblox, Call of Duty, Tetris, Elden Ring, Barbie Horse Adventures (don’t judge).

Tried “learn more about [game name]”, “video game info”, “gameplay of [game name]”, “why won’t Bing give me points for this cursed activity?”

Switched devices, browsers, cleared cache, went incognito, lit a candle, whispered sweet nothings to my keyboard.

Still nothing. No checkmark. No points. Just the cold, unblinking stare of the hourglass icon mocking me.

Is this a test of patience? A secret ARG? A reward for those who type “gaming time” while standing on one foot during a lunar eclipse?

If this is another “Yummies” situation—where the correct answer is some cryptic nonsense like “pixels” or “gaming time” itself—please just tell us. I’m not trying to unlock the Da Vinci Code here. I just want my streak.

Would love a fix, a hint, or even a haiku explaining why this activity is allergic to logic.

Sincerely, Joseph (Recovering from Bing-induced existential crisis)

Hey there! Nice to meet you!

Based on your description, kindly try to perform the following workarounds in case this would work:

    1. Sign out of your account, restart your device, then try signing in again.
    2. Clearing the cache of your Bing app/browser.
    3. Disconnect from the VPN or Proxy server.
    4. Using different devices and network services.
    5. Try waiting a few hours, as there could be an issue within the server.

If the issue persists and you still can't complete the activity, please contact Microsoft Rewards Support for further assistance, as they have the tools and resources to properly investigate this case:
