Microsoft Surface Support: Failed to Upload files forverification

Hello,

I'm trying to organize and setup our Surface Support page in Microsoft 265 Admin as we have some users switching over to Surface devices. However, after the review was denied the first time, I'm trying to get our documents uploaded for further verification. Each time I try to upload the pdfs, regardless of name, size, web browser, computer, or network used, I'm getting a "Failed to upload the files" error message. Has anyone had any luck with this?

Hello! Carmen, Kimberly here, and I’m eager to jump in and help you fix this.

Surface Support workflows often rely on SharePoint or OneDrive storage. Problems there, such as upload restrictions or configuration errors, can block file submissions.

Check OneDrive Action Center: Click the blue OneDrive icon in the system tray to see if any specific sync or upload errors show up and follow the suggested steps.

Unsupported File Names or Paths: Rename files to ensure they don't include disallowed characters or exceed path length limits.

Move Files Out, Sync, Then Move Back: Temporarily relocate the PDFs (e.g., to Desktop), then move them back into the OneDrive folder after confirming syncing works.

Should you have more questions, please let me know.

    Best regards,

    Kimberly
