System Specs:
Motherboard: ASUS ROG Strix B650E-E Gaming WiFi (BIOS v. 3278 – latest)
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
GPU: AMD RX 6700 XT (From old build) (latest driver, clean-installed using DDU) – connected to PSU via pigtail PCIe cable
RAM: KLEVV 6000 MHz CL30 (EXPO enabled, gradually lowered from 6000 MHz to 5400 MHz due to crashes)
PSU: 1000W (Forgot Model) - plugged into an outlet
Parts are new and build is about 2-3 weeks old.
Stress Tests Performed:
Cinebench 2025: 10 min GPU, CPU single-core, and CPU multi-core tests
MemTest86: 2.5 hours – no errors
When Crashes Happen:
League of Legends Client open
Discord open
Firefox open
Have not tested with other games recently, so unsure if issues persist outside of LoL, maybe Vanguard is the problem.
Bsod appearance:
Screen shows the usual QR code BSOD but with heavy distortion.
Error text and QR code are duplicated at the top and bottom half are fragments.
I added a picture, I found (not mine), that looks similar to all of my BSOD.
What I tried:
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
sfc /scannow
Bios update
Chipset update
GPU update
Windows Memory Diagnostic
Reinstalling LoL and Vanguard
All of the above came back with no issues.

My best guess is a damaged RAM. I do not have spare parts to test out hardware failure.

Hi Erdias,
I have the exact same issue, some game will bsod some wouln't, especial for league of ledgends.
It's a newly build pc with 9800 x3d, klevv 6000 cl28. Not sure whether is cpu or motherboard or ram issue. I just uninstall league of ledgend and see.
I got shipped a faulty ram and after replacing it, system has been running for 22h, normally crashing after 4h

Sorry, what exactly dump was created when you see DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (0xC4) code?
I found no dump, it would say "We will restart the system" and it just wouldnt and then I was not able to get into Windows anymore because something was corrupted.
After playing around with the ram a little more, suddenly my gpu was at 60% utilization while idle, AMD record desktop + instant replay caused this. Following the disabling of those 2, I left 1 ram in overnight with no crashes.
Currently testing my ram again with no problem, testing both ram now and will edit the post about the success.
EDIT: It crashed with both sicks in again, likely 1 faulty ram that isnt detected when running memtest. I am now running new ram sticks, same speeds and cl, and HOPEFULLY it doesnt crash anymore
EDIT 2: After getting new ram sticks, its running stable for 22h.

Dumps say MEMORY_CORRUPTION_LARGE, usually this occurs due to some driver misbehavior.

Run
verifier /standard /all /bootmode resetonbootfail
command, reboot PC and use it as usual (it will be slower). If blue screen happens please share memory dumps to OneDrive for analysis.

after running the command it it ran into a problem.
Stop Code: DRIVER_VERIFIER_DETECTED_VIOLATION (0xC4)
after that it wouldnt boot windows correctly anymore.
I installed windows on a different drive and looked for a minidump in the old drive and found none.
Following this I formated the old drive and fresh installed windows on there again.
I crash about 4h in, idle or not (vanguard open).
