You’ll need hardware virtualization (Intel VT-x or AMD-V) enabled in your system BIOS/UEFI, because the app runs Android games inside a virtualized environment.

Here’s how you can turn on Hardware Virtualization:

1. Check if Virtualization is supported

Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

Go to the Performance tab → CPU.

Look for Virtualization: Enabled/Disabled at the bottom right.

If it says Enabled → you’re good to go.

If it says Disabled → you’ll need to enable it in BIOS/UEFI.

If it says Not supported → your CPU doesn’t support virtualization.

2. Enter BIOS/UEFI Settings

The key depends on your motherboard/laptop brand. Restart your PC and press the key repeatedly at boot:

Dell / Acer / ASUS / Lenovo / MSI / HP → usually F2, F10, F12, Delete, or Esc.

You can also hold Shift → Restart → Troubleshoot → Advanced options → UEFI Firmware Settings → Restart.

3. Enable Virtualization

Once inside BIOS/UEFI:

Look under tabs like Advanced, CPU Configuration, or Security.

Look for Intel Virtualization Technology (VT-x) or AMD-V / SVM Mode.

Change it to Enabled.

Save changes and exit (usually F10).

4. Verify After Reboot

Open Task Manager → Performance → CPU again.

Check that Virtualization: Enabled is now showing.

Go into the bios and enable it if the bios has that option.
