Unable to Sign In on Bing Search Page

The Bing search page is not allowing sign-in. Although logged into Microsoft and able to access the rewards page, clicking the sign-in button on the Bing search webpage redirects to this URL: https://www.bing.com/identity/idtokenv2, which displays a white page.

Any and all help is appreciated.

    Hi david mantz,

    Thank you for reaching out!

This is Hendrix from Q&A Community Support team, and I'm here to help you resolve this.

Please try these following steps for initial troubleshooting:

    1 - Try Incognito/Private Mode

    • Press CTRL + SHIFT + N (Windows) or CMD + SHIFT + N (Mac) to open an incognito window.
    • Go to https://rewards.bing.com/ and attempt to sign in.

2 - Clear Cache and Cookies

    • Open browser history (CTRL + H).
    • Select Clear browsing data → check Cache and Cookies → clear them.
    • Restart the browser and try again.

    3 - Disable Extensions

    • Some ad blockers or privacy extensions can block authentication scripts.
    • Temporarily disable them and retry.

4 - Update or Switch Browser

    • Ensure your browser is up to date.
    • If the issue persists, try Microsoft Edge or another browser.

5 - Check Microsoft Account Access

6 - If It Still Fails

Contact Microsoft Support and choose Chat with a support agent for account-related troubleshooting.

Hello, thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

Could you please check if you can sign in to your rewards account page using an incognito tab? Press CTRL + SHIFT + N to open a new incognito window, then go to https://rewards.bing.com/ and see if you can sign in.

If you're still having issues, try clearing your browsing history, cache, and cookies.

Click Ctrl + H to open history. Click Clear browsing data.

Select the cache and cookies check box and clear them.

See if you can sign in.

Let me know how it goes.
