Using New Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

Thank you for the detailed, Many users are currently experiencing the same issue with the new outlook update. where emails from like Microsoft, Xfinity and or google acconts wont open and becomes unresponsive. additionally closing the app via "X" button doesn't work, users are forced to use task manager to end the process.
Here's workaround you may try to fix
Close outlook and all Microsoft office apps.
Press windows key + R key on your keyboard the dialog box will popout or just simplify search this on your search bar below your screen %localappdata%\Microsoft and hit enter
Create new folder and name it exactly FORM2 and try to restart the outlook.
Force restart in outlook
Open Task manager or simplify press the Ctrl + Shift + Esc key. box or try to Ctrl + Alt + Delete and look for task manager.
Look for Microsoft outlook under apps or outlook.exe under background.
