Sometime around March 2025, Samsung updated their operating system for my phone. After that occurred Onenote app will not open on my phone. It tries then closes. I have uninstalled and re-installed the Onenote app several times but am still unable to open and use. Any suggestions on how to get Onenote to work again on my Samsung/android phone?

    Hi!

Nice to meet you! My name is Randy and I'm an independent advisor.

Hi Todd, You can try this fixes. first, go to Settings > Apps > OneNote > Storage and clear both cache and data; second, update both OneNote and Android System WebView in the Google Play Store since outdated versions often cause crashes, third, if it still fails, uninstall the Play Store version and reinstall OneNote from the Samsung Galaxy Store, which sometimes has better compatibility with Samsung updates.

    Best regards,
