I’ve noticed that my searches have been limited for “unnatural searches” which is odd, and I truly don’t care much for it BUT recently my puzzle pieces option disappeared, I am concerned.

    This can happen if searches are made too quickly, look automated, or don’t match typical user behavior. When that happens, features like puzzles, streaks, or bonus activities may be hidden temporarily.

    The best steps are to pause automated or rapid searches, sign out and back into your Microsoft account, and try again after 24–48 hours. If the puzzle option doesn’t return, you can check your Rewards status at https://rewards.microsoft.com and, if needed, contact Microsoft Rewards Support through the Help > Contact Us link on that page.
