My Samsung Galaxy S25+ will not connect to Bluetooth on either of my Windows PC's. One PC is running Windows 11 and the other is running Windows 10. My previous Samsung Galaxy S22+ also exhibited the same issue. Also, my Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 will also not Bluetooth to either PC.

I have tried any number of configurations and nothing. In the logs I see it try to connect, then it fails. When I take the phone(s) to other Windows enviroments outside my home they connect vis Bluetooth with no issue. Help please.

May I ask if this has worked properly before on the same computer? When you have used Phone Link in the past, did it also connect successfully before?

Do you have Phone Link downloaded on your Phone and the PC?

Hello there! I am Charity. I'm glad to help you today!

May I ask what is the make and model of your computer? If you don't know the make and model or it's a custom, may I ask if you know the make and model of the motherboard?

Press Windows + R, type msinfo32, and hit Enter.

In the System Summary section, please provide me the three things below.

    BaseBoard Manufacturer

    BaseBoard Product

    BaseBoard Version

    Kind Regards,

    Charity

Please note that things might need more than one reply to completely resolve your issue, as it will completely depend on the complexity of the question and the amount of detail that you have provided me.
