How do you get rid of "Some of these settings are managed by your organization"? in Personalization - Background. I just spent over an hour with Microsoft support on line, and someone supposedly went into my computer and made some System Registry changes, and that was supposed to give me control over Background images. I am a home user, not part of an organization. The technician said restart and everything will be fine. I restarted, and there was a Windows 11 update that took place. I am right back where I started, and cannot change the background image because it still says, "Some of these settings are managed by your organization". If there is a Microsoft person who sees this post, my Case No. is 7084866192.

All I want to do is change my Background image. I set that image about four years ago, so at some point I didn't have this problem. Now, I do! Help!
