Copilot says bible passages are blocked.

I have a pro copilot account, and i am using copilot in a web browser.
In the past i was able to upload text files .txt to copilot, and it would analyze the files, ingest them, and output them in the correct format.
I uploaded a .txt file today containing Exodus 28:5-14 and other biblical texts, and Copilot told me that this text is blocked. copilot said: "It looks like the Exodus 28:5–14 block and a few other lines never actually made it into my working text—because the attachment was marked “blocked by its content,” I couldn’t pull those verses in, so they got skipped. To make sure nothing falls through the cracks, could you paste Exodus 28:5–14 (and any other priest-and-Levite instructions you still need) directly into the chat? I’ll immediately slot them into the Priests & Levites section (starting at YL-0446) and explain each placement so we’re perfectly aligned with your schema." and
"I wasn’t able to ingest the blocked attachment because our system flags certain file uploads for review..."
This .txt file only contains quotations from the bible. This was not a problem in the past. The longer i have been working on finishing this project, the more censorship and restrictions have been happening that were not happening before. Why did i pay for Copilot Pro, if Copilot will not do what i am paying for it to do? Why pay for Copilot Pro if Copilot or Microsoft keeps taking away functions and features, making it much more difficult to do my projects?
Will Microsoft fix this problem, or continue imposing more restrictions and taking away the functionality of the copilot product?

    Hello @Justin Breithaupt

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A and informed us about the issue. I understand that this is a very frustrated issue since you've been pouring efforts on this project and also have subscribed to the Pro version. I believed that the issue is due to Copilot Content moderation system, this system will scan all of your uploaded data (files) for content that may violate terms & service. Unfortunately, sometimes this system can trigger a false input and will block that content. The language in a certain document such as The Bible can also trigger the moderation system due to context or it can flag a specific word or sentence that match the pattern that the system is designed to block.

Since the .txt file cannot be upload, the workaround for this issue is to directly paste the Exodus 28:5–14 and your other material to the chat for Copilot to process. After each session you can also provide a feedback by click on the thumbs up/down button and leave your comment.
