Xbox Ban Appeal Approved but I am still banned?

Hello,

My Xbox account recently received a permanent suspension. I submitted my appeal through the enforcement page, and within 24 hours, I received an email highlighting which terms the account was suspended for and a "going forward" message at the bottom. Now on the enforcement page, I have no active suspensions and the permanent suspension is "expired" with an appeal approved message.

However, it has been over 72 hours since I received this email, and I am still unable to log in to the Xbox services anywhere. I tried calling support, and they just suggested to keep waiting, as (like I suspected) there is nothing they can do about it.

Is there a general guide to how long it takes between the enforcement page showing no suspensions and being able to login again, or what would be my best way forward?

Thanks in advance.

Hi! My name is Aj and Im an Independent Advisor here to help! I get how confusing that feels, seeing the appeal approved but still cant sign in.

Since you already waited 72 hours, the best step now is to clear cache and try signing in again on both console and Xbox app. Also check your account status at https://enforcement.xbox.com/ to confirm no active suspensions remain.

If after a few more days the block still remains kindly contact Xbox support directly at https://support.xbox.com/. From there you can sign in and choose Contact Us at the bottom to get chat or call options.
