I get this error when attempting to ask a question on answers.microsoft.com. What can I do to prevent this and ask a question? Copilot does not know the answer.

It seems to mainly be tags for Office categories
that have the issue. It has been reported to the
engineers and is a high priority issue.
It's not just you having the issue, even Mods, IAs
are seeing it.

This issue also is happening to the Insider and the Windows categories and other categories as well.

Please explain better what the problem is?
I can post here (this is a comment not a post) but not to the SharePoint Server/Developer or Business forum, which is under "Microsoft 365 and Office". I fill out the page, hit post, get the CAPTCHA puzzle and when it clears the error is displayed. Then when I go to the site that the error message directs me to in order to fill out a trouble report, it too errors.
