Account recovery unsuccessful, please help!

Hello,

I have been locked out of my outlook email account for a couple of months now with no prevail. My backup email for the code is my mothers email which I can provide, but unfortunately she no longer has access to this account so I cannot obtain the code. I have submitted the Microsoft recovery form multiple times and it no longer emails my work email to say whether it has been successful or not. I created this account over a decade ago when I was in high school so I am not 100% sure of all the details on the account as I have moved address' multiple times etc.

I can still see all my emails from before I was locked out so I can provide all the information regarding the most recent emails I sent etc, but this doesn't seem to be good enough.

I have my passport, driving licence, anything to prove my ID and to help get back into my emails. All my accounts track back to this email and I am desperate to get it unlocked. It quite literally has my life on there.

Please please please help me

I’m experiencing a similar issue. I recently reset my PC after more than 10 years. I still have access to my email address, but I’m unable to receive a recovery link through it.

The account still has my old phone number from when I lived in another country, so I no longer have access to that number. I’ve already answered the security question correctly.

Could the recovery link please be sent directly to my email address?

I no longer have access to my PC and have already tried submitting the recovery forms multiple times without success.

I rarely use this service, but I just need to regain access.

I attempted to recover my account using my phone number, but since the Authenticator app is also linked to the same email, I cannot log in to approve the sign-in request. Despite confirming my phone number, the recovery process still requires the Authenticator code, which I can no longer access.

This email is extremely important for my work, and I urgently need help regaining access.

Kindly assist me in resetting my two-step verification or providing an alternative method to recover my account.

my father passed away 3 years ago, and we had disconnected his line, and we need it to for a verification number. Were they able to assist you? I have already made several tickets.

I am paying 2 and a half years now for Microsoft Business 365 which i cannot reach since ... 2.5 years. You guys cannot be reached at all.
Not by phone, not by email, only by bots that cannot solve the issue and turn in circles.
It is theft. Maffia policies.

I have been trying for months and it is not longer telling me whether I am successful or not so I don't know if these forms are even being checked... There surely must be another way of recovering my account i.e being able to speak to an actual human from Microsoft instead of automated calls and AI...
