Hi, I'm John! I will help you with this.
I’ve enjoyed using E-tree as well and have received a number of plant certificates, so I understand how meaningful it has been. The program has now officially retired, but you may still see it appear in MSN Weather through Windows Widgets and the Bing app on mobile for a little while.
Microsoft has confirmed that any trees you completed before the retirement will still be planted and cared for by the Eden Reforestation Project. If you’d like more details, here’s the official FAQ: "FAQ for E-tree on Microsoft Edge, MSN Weather, and Microsoft Wallet" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/faq-for-e-tree-on-microsoft-edge-msn-weather-and-microsoft-wallet-d6fde56e-b61d-4990-bd69-7a503ed64895
Even though E-tree has ended, you can still continue to support the environment by donating Microsoft Rewards points to environmental causes. https://rewards.bing.com/redeem/donate
I really hope this information is helpful! :)
